Libya – Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi received Sergey Lavrov. Lavrov is the Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation. Georgy Borisenko, the Russian Ambassador to Cairo, was also present. Alexander Kinshchak, Director of the Middle East and North Africa Department at the Russian Foreign Ministry, was there.
