Translate the meaning exactly as is; do not make it clickbait or change the tone. Do not add or remove any information. Use standard English spelling for names and cities (e.g., use 'Al-Bayda' not 'Albayda'a'). Do not end the title with a period. Your response must contain ONLY the translated text. Title: "جامعة بنغازي تُعلن إنشاء مركز بحثي لتنمية الطفولة"

Benghazi – University of Benghazi announced the establishment of a specialized research and consultancy center for childhood development. This center will operate within the University Research and Consultation Center. It is supported by the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF). The move aims to enhance scientific research on childhood issues. It also supports evidence-based public policies.

Rowaida Al-Senini, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy and UNICEF liaison officer, explained the center’s purpose. It aligns with the university’s goal to develop research infrastructure in national priority areas. The center strengthens partnerships with international institutions.

The center will collect and analyze data related to childhood development. It will prepare specialized scientific studies. These studies will assist decision-makers and policymakers in this field.

The center will include several specialized research areas for children’s affairs. Technical and administrative arrangements are currently being finalized for the upcoming official launch.

This step is part of the cooperation between the University of Benghazi and UNICEF. It contributes to improving the quality of childhood programs and policies. It also reinforces the university’s role in community and developmental issues.

The university is committed to expanding its research presence. This aligns with national and international trends in supporting childhood and sustainable development.
