Agreement signed to hold the First Libyan Conference for Laboratories and Radiology

Tripoli – An agreement was signed today, Sunday, in the city of Tripoli, to hold the first Libyan Conference for Laboratories and Radiology under the slogan “The Voice of Diagnosis,” in a step aimed at enhancing integration between diagnostic specialties and improving the quality of medical services in Libya. The conference brings together an elite group of experts and specialists in the fields of medical laboratories and medical imaging, and serves as a scientific and professional platform to unify efforts and standards among diagnostic sectors, enhance the efficiency of national personnel, exchange expertise, and keep pace with the latest developments.

The conference is the result of a strategic partnership between the Syndicate of Medical Laboratory Medicine and the Libyan Society of Radiologic Technologists and Medical Imaging, and is organized by Al-Kader Company for Organizing Conferences and Exhibitions. It aims to support the integration between laboratories and radiology, considering it the cornerstone of accurate diagnosis and effective treatment.
The conference is scheduled to be held from August 4th to 6th of next year at the Radisson Blu Al Mahary Hotel in Tripoli, in the presence of the Head of the Syndicate of Medical Laboratory Medicine, Adel Issa Belhaj, and the President of the Libyan Society of Diagnostic and Therapeutic Radiology, Abdulsalam bin Miskin, in addition to Engineer Al-Tayeb, the representative of Al-Kader Company for Organizing Conferences and Exhibitions.

The Syndicate of Medical Laboratory Medicine affirmed its full support for this national initiative, stressing the importance of the conference in raising the standard of medical diagnosis and developing the skills of national personnel, which contributes to improving the quality of health services and providing accurate and effective treatment for patients in various regions of Libya.
