Ajdabiya – An advanced entrepreneurship training course has launched in Ajdabiya. The Ebrar Foundation for Women’s and Children’s Rights is organizing it. The five-day course targets graduates from previous programs. It supports economic empowerment. The initiative also promotes self-employment and self-reliance.
The course focuses on developing practical skills for participants. These include small project planning and resource management. Participants learn to transform entrepreneurial ideas into viable economic initiatives. This aims to boost income sources and achieve social stability.
Fathiya Shwaiqi, head of the foundation, told a local reporter about the program. She explained it complements a previous training track. It aims to deepen participants’ practical knowledge. This knowledge aligns with local market needs. It enhances sustainability. The program builds upon achieved results.
She added that ACTED funds the course. It is part of the “Let’s Cooperate” project. The European Union funds this project in Libya. This supports community development efforts. It also fosters economic empowerment for women and youth.
