Tripoli – The head of the Judicial Expertise and Research Center at the Ministry of Justice issued a decision. It relieved Salem Hunaib Salem Mustafa Bublal, director of the center’s Tobruk branch, of his duties. Mustafa Khalil Khairallah was assigned to manage the branch’s operations.
Decision No. 108 of 2026 stipulated the formation of a committee. This committee will oversee the handover of duties. It is between the former and new directors. A detailed report must be submitted to the center’s presidency. This will happen once the handover process is complete.
The decision emphasized immediate implementation upon issuance. Competent authorities are obligated to take necessary enforcement measures. This aligns with the center’s efforts. These efforts aim to enhance institutional performance efficiency. They also aim to regulate administrative work.
