Al-Bayda – The Omar Al-Mukhtar branch of the Commercial Bank provided breakfast to elderly customers today. The bank also provided a dedicated counter and seating during the liquidity disbursement process. Citizens expressed appreciation for this initiative toward the elderly.
The bank confirmed that liquidity remains available according to approved distribution plans. Official working hours for this week were set from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. These extended hours aim to facilitate cash withdrawals for all customers.
Cash is available today at all National Commercial Bank branches. The operating mechanism includes a dedicated window for the elderly and people with special needs. A separate window was also designated for women. Six additional windows were opened to serve all other customers. The bank emphasized its commitment to providing services and distributing liquidity with fairness and transparency.
