The Prime Minister of the Libyan Government, Osama Hamad, expressed his deep sadness and sorrow following the killing of citizen Hassan Khairallah Al-Mabrouk and five of his sons, south of Benghazi.
In a tweet on the “X” platform, Hamad offered his heartfelt condolences to the victims’ families and relatives, asking God to cover them with His vast mercy and to grant their families patience and solace.
The Prime Minister called on the competent security and judicial authorities to take all necessary measures to uncover the circumstances, causes, and motives of the incident, stressing the need to transparently announce the investigation’s results to the public, and to handle the case within the framework of the law to ensure justice is served and to prevent the recurrence of such incidents.
