Ash Shwayrif – Dr. Abdul Salam Aqila, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health in the Libyan Government, visited various health centers in the Ash Shwayrif region to assess the level of medical services and improve the quality of healthcare provided to citizens.
The visit was conducted under the instructions of the Deputy Commander-in-Chief and the directives of the Prime Minister. During his tour, he followed up on the equipment of the health facilities, reviewed the readiness of medical teams, and verified the efficiency of services provided to patients.
Dr. Aqila affirmed to the Libyan News Agency that the ministry, through these field tours, seeks to enhance medical efficiency and develop health infrastructure to ensure the provision of the best medical services to all citizens in various regions of Libya.
He added that this visit is part of a comprehensive plan by the Ministry of Health to assess the health situation throughout the country and work to raise the standard of health services.
