Qatar’s development fund has signed a grant deal with The International Centre for Sport Security (ICSS), which is based in Doha, to “empower youth and promote peace and development in Libya through sport”, local Qatari media reports. The deal does not disclose the name of the Libyan party that partnered with the two organizations to implement this project.
