An electricity cut on Saturday evening forced doctors at Belkhather Hospital in Tobruk to conduct caesarean section using phone lights, Mustafa Al-Jahani, a media official at the hospital, told reporters on Sunday.
Mohammed Al-Manfi, chairman of the Presidential Council, called on Libya parties to make “concessions” to provide “the appropriate environment” that ensures that the national elections are held in December, according to a statement by the council on Tuesday.
Turkish Foreign Ministry condemned, through its official Spokesman, Tango Bilgic, what it described as “ugly act” that touched the Turkish flag during the Libyan Parliament’s session for the annual budget in Tobruk.
