Head of the Libyan High National Elections Commission (HNEC), Imad al-Sayeh, said on Monday the results of the meeting that brought together HNEC and the committee formed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives (HoR) in the Italian capital, Rome, with the aim of discussing the texts and articles of laws, on the basis of which the legislative and presidential elections for the transitional period will be held, will be referred to HoR for discussing and voting on it in preparation for the December 24 elections.
