Libya’s Oil Corporation Announces Financial Allocations and Spending for 2025

NOC transfers $8 billion to Ministry of Finance

According to the NOC, from January 1, 2025, until September 13, 2025, the corporation received:

•14.6 billion LYD for fuel purchases allocated by the Ministry of Finance.

•2.6 billion LYD for sector salaries (first budget chapter) through the end of August 2025.

•1 billion LYD for operational expenses allocated for 2024.

This brings the total funds received to 18.2 billion LYD during the period.
