Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) revealed that Libya’s oil production declined by 78,000 barrels per day during June, compared to May, making the country among the 4 countries that led the decline in OPEC production during the past month.
The Organization reported in the monthly report issued Tuesday the decline in OPEC oil production by 4 member countries of the organization during last June, as Libya led this decline by 78,000 barrels per day, bringing its production to 629,000 barrels per day in June, while it was 893,000 barrels per day in April and 707,000 in May.
The other countries that led the decline of OPEC production were Venezuela by about 14,000 barrels per day last June, bringing the total to 706,000 barrels per day. Oil supplies from Congo and Equatorial Guinea witnessed a decline of about 5,000 and 1,000 barrels per day respectively.
