The Libyan National Army (LNA) clashed on Monday with an armed group in the south of Kufra, which lead to the killing of a member of this group, announced LNA’s media official.
Incumbent Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh, accused lawmakers of “hijacking” the House of Representatives and plunging Libya into “a dark tunnel” in the last years in order to stay in power.
UN Special Adviser on Libya, Stephanie Williams, has reiterated the critical need to preserve dialogue and avoid any provocative rhetoric, as she stated after meeting with deputies from Western Libya.
